SEMLA and international law firm CMS were delighted to host another joint event “My Journey to a Top 10 Global Law Firm” on Thursday 12th November 2020. This live webinar gave aspiring Scottish lawyers from ethnic minority backgrounds an opportunity to gain an understanding of what life is like at one of the world’s largest law firms and how they can get there. Attendees heard about the opportunities available at CMS, received tips on submitting a strong application and heard from representatives about their backgrounds, relevant experiences and career journeys to date.
